Scorecard privacy notice

ExoCore Systems collects the business contact information and assessment responses you submit to generate, preserve, and improve your result and provide the limited follow-up you consented to receive.

What we collect

Your name, work email, company, optional website, scorecard answers, generated score, and whether you request a results review.

First-party measurement

We record privacy-limited events such as page visits, scorecard starts, question progress, completions, and review requests. We may also record campaign tags from the link you used and the referring website’s domain. This measurement uses a temporary scorecard session identifier and does not record answer text, customer data, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints.

What we do not request

The scorecard does not require inbox credentials, CRM access, customer names, addresses, message content, payment information, or production-system access.
